Trauma methods

Holistic, embodied, nervous-system informed and compassion-based practices are crucial for trauma healing to be gentle, thorough and long-lasting. Some of the methods we may use include:

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or ‘tapping’)
  • Somatic Movement Education
  • Hypnotherapy with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypno-therapeutic Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (Hypno EMDR)
